Mr. Farhan Ifram

Mr. Farhan Ifram is currently the Chief Operating Officer of El-Zay Ready Wear Manufacturing Company, a public shareholding company with a paid-up capital of 16 Million USD established in 1992. The company has acquired Technical Know-How from various International organizations i.e. GFT for the tailored clothing and Saville Row for shirting. El-Zay is catering different markets starting from the local Market, going into regional in the Arab World, and International markets from Europe to the USA. Mr. Ifram has recently re-joined El-Zay team after leaving it for 7 years in the Emirates, to join the forces of building the Garment Sector in Jordan for an end common aim, a better Jordan. He is holding an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and since graduation in 1994 as an Industrial Engineer from the University of Jordan, he has worked only in the Garment Sector running different posts gaining an understanding of several operations. He has gained experience from a Public Share Holding company in Jordan (El-Zay) to garment manufacturing for exports to the USA under Quota (AUH Garment Factory), to Armed Forces Uniform manufacturing (Italian Textile Solutions), back to the garment manufacturing for exports under QIZ status (Mediterranean Resources), and finally back to the public shareholding company that started with that covers all the above (El-Zay).
Mohammad Mustafa Khourma

Seven years experience in the field of garment manufacturing and exporting, through which served as the chief of the purchasing and logistics department as well as the admin and human resource department. Graduated in 1983 from USIU / San Diego, California with a BS degree in Business Administration, and in 1985 from IUE, England with a Masters Degree in Management & Organizational Development. Eng. Ameed Hasan Abdel Qader
JGATE Treasurer and CEO of Mediterranean Resources Apparel Industry (MRAI)
Mr. Qader has 15 years experience in the field of textile and apparel manufacturing. Initially, he managed a vertical knitwear factory and gained vast technical knowledge of all stages of textiles processes from Yarn Spinning to finished garments and has experience with national and international markets and customers. Mr. Qader was successfully running his own garment manufacturing factory and buying office. In addition, he has been involved in a number of governmental and non-governmental projects related to upgrading and modernizing the textiles sector in the region. As a consultant, Mr. Qader has conducted intense research and diagnostic studies for the Garment and Textiles Sector, prepared research reports, made presentations, and delivered lectures on various subjects. He received his Masters degree in mechanical engineering from Braunschweig, Germany. Finally, Mr. Qader is a working-group member for European-Mediterranean dialogue – Brussels. All the above qualifications and experience contributed to his nomination and acquiring the current position that he currently holds as CEO of MRAI.
Samir Khalil Maqdah

Mr. Samir Maqdah currently serves as the Managing Director of Jordan Clothing Company (CJC), located in Al Tajamouat Industrial Zone. He overseas both the industrial and trading operations of the company, and manages a total of 250 employees. He also serves as a Board Director for: Central Clothing Company located within the Al-Tajamouat Industrial Zone, Digital Printing, a company specialized in silk screen printing on garments, JorMall, an IT company, Jordan Central Company, a public share holding company, Excellence Incorporation, a non-profit organization dedicated to developing excellence in the private and public sector and the vocational training center (VCT) .He was elected in September 2005 to represent the Garment and Textile sector at the Jordan Chamber of Industry (JCI) He graduated in 1978 from Aston University in Birmingham, England with a BSC degree in Chemical Engineering.

Mr. Mohammad Nashashibi

Mr. Nashashibi is currently holding the post of the General Manager of Century Standard Textile a Jordanian – American Joint venture that specializes in the manufacturing of Work Wear and Hospital Apparels (Uniforms). The company was established in 1997, employing over 750 workers, split in to three manufacturing plants, The company main products are coveralls, Jackets and Pants, in addition to surgical uniforms with high technology fabrics for the surgery room. Mr. Nashashibi has 10 Years experience in the field of textile working first as a production Manger gaining knowledge and experience in the design of efficient production lines and work stations to finely becoming a general Manager in 2003. Graduated in 1995 from the University of Toledo, Ohio with a BSC in Industrial Engineering, After two years working in the states he decided to come back and since then he has been working in the textile industry.
